Belgian chef in Tokyo

French restaurant Cuisine[s] Michel Troisgros will host a guest chef special dinner for two days only with owner / chef Benoit Dewitte from the Belgian restaurant Benoit & Bernard Dewitte, which has been awarded one Michelin star from 2012.

Benoit Dewitte was also named Young Chef of the Year 2005 by Gault et Millau Guide, and this is his first time hosting a special dinner in Japan.  Benoit & Bernard Dewitte is an attractive restaurant featuring artistic cuisine that makes use of the natural atmosphere in the suburb of Ghent.
