Sustainability in Maersk – Remaining relevant in a low carbon economy

Tuesday September 24th, 2019

Sustainability, environmentally conscious, circular economy. These are only but a few words to showcase the latest challenges to company policies. Whether it is because of business possibilities, demands from stakeholder or customers or the opinions of society, industry can today not afford to ignore and remain in-active in this field.

While solutions and methods of dealing with this issue might differ depending on sector, there are things that companies can learn from each other.

On 10 October the EBC has the pleasure to welcome Annette Stube, Head of Sustainability for Maersk, and to listen to her talk about what Maersk, the largest shipping company in world, is doing.

The event is organised by the EBC Sustainability and Social Responsibility group, and will be held at White & Case on 10 October from 10:00 to 11:00, and will include a Q&A session as well.

The event is free of charge, but requires registration. Therefore if you are interested in the event, please let the EBC know via email by 7 October cob.
