We have the pleasure to invite your company to sponsor the 16th International Conference of the European Association for Japanese Studies (EAJS), which will be organized in Ghent, August 26-29, 2020. The EAJS conference is a major international event in Japanese Studies, which attracts more than 1000 (!) participants from mainly Europe, Japan and the US. The conference brings together experts in the field of Japanese Studies, as well as language teachers, to increase knowledge about Japanese history, society, religion, politics and economy, and to discuss recent developments in Japanese linguistics and language teaching.
To guarantee the quality of an academic event this size, we highly depend on public, corporate and private sponsorship. While we already received support letters from the Japanese Embassy, the City of Ghent, as well as the Province of East-Flanders, we now also reach out to the international business community to sponsor this international conference. In return for your financial support, we can offer promotion on our conference website, in the printed program and the conference report, and at the venue itself. As sponsor of the 16th International Conference for Japanese Studies you will have ample opportunity to reach an international and influential audience and to increase your visibility and good reputation amongst relevant professionals.
We offer three sponsorship options:
1. 600€: Invitation to opening event, corporate logo in conference program, on conference website and in conference report, and full-page portrait advert in conference program.
2. 400€: Invitation to opening event, corporate logo in conference program, on conference website and in conference report.
3. 200€: Full-page portrait advert in conference program.
