DESCRIPTION:We are thrilled to announce our first event at Expo 2025 Osaka! \nFrom 13 April till 13 October\, Expo 2025 Osaka will welcome millions of visitors eager to discover the Expo Grand Roof Ring\, one of the largest wooden constructions in the world\, alongside many pavilions and events focusing on the theme “Designing Future Society for Our Lives”. The Expo will offer vistors the chance to not only experience different cultures and get to know other countries\, but also get a glimpse of new technologies meant to improve our lives\, a thrilling opportunity to engage with the future society. \nTogether with our friends of the Japan-Belgium Society (JBS)\, we will visit the impressive Belgian and Luxembourg Pavilions. \n\nBelgium: Water\nLuxembourg: Doki Doki – The Luxembourg Heartbeat \n\nAfter a lunch at the Belgian Pavilion\, followed by a tour\, we walk to the Luxembourg Pavilion\, where we will enjoy a tour and an afternoon treat. \nFor this event we are honoured to have the presence of Belgian Ambassador Antoine Evrard. \nDon’t miss out on this incredible opportunity to be part of a truly international experience! \n  \nEVENT DETAILS: \nDate: Tuesday 20 May 2025\nTime: 13:00-17:00 (approx.)\nVenue: Expo Osaka site\, Yumeshima\, Osaka\nWe gather directly at the entrance of the Belgian Pavilion (near the West Gate entrance). \nFee: JPY 10\,000 BLCCJ members / JPY 12\,000 members’ family and guests\nThis fee includes lunch\, dessert and drinks.\nHowever\, this fee does NOT include an Expo ticket! Please purchase your own ticket via the Expo Osaka official site. \nSlots are limited to 30 – BLCCJ can welcome 15 people. \nTo register\, please send your full name\, company name and title to\ninfo@blccj.or.jp Also include your guests’ information (if any).\nWe will send you a confirmation email. \nYou will need to arrange payment in advance by bank transfer (no cash payments).
