SUMMARY:Behind the Scenes of Building Across Asia - webinar with Showtex
DESCRIPTION:Webinar in the framework of the Asian BeLux Chambers network – led by the BLCC Hong Kong. \n  \nWe are happy to announce the next event in the framework of the BeLux Asia Chambers Network: an insightful\, exclusive webinar with Jan Blomme\, Managing Partner at ShowTex Asia. He will take us behind the scenes of cross-border entrepreneurship in Asia. \n  \nWhen we look at successful international ventures\, we usually only see the finished production—the polished milestones\, the expansion\, and the visible growth. We rarely see the rehearsals\, the sudden script changes\, or what happens when the backdrop comes down. \nBlending personal storytelling with real-world case studies\, this session traces an unconventional journey from hands-on technical project work to establishing and scaling operations across Hong Kong\, Shanghai\, and Japan. Rather than presenting a textbook playbook or an effortless success story\, this talk offers an honest look at the realities of doing business across dynamic Asian markets—exploring the uncertainty\, the quiet setbacks\, and the resilience required to rebuild when conditions shift. \nWhether you are scaling a business\, leading a regional team\, or navigating cross-cultural operations\, this session offers grounded perspectives on what it really takes to grow and adapt in Asia. \n  \nWho Should Attend \n\nBelgian and Luxembourgish Young Professionals\, SMEs\, founders\, executives\, and trade professionals operating in APAC\nCompanies seeking international expansion pathways\nBeLux diaspora members interested in staying connected to home-region initiatives and business networks\n\n  \nEvent Details \n\nDate: Tuesday 24 November 2026\nTime: 17:30-19:00 JST (9:30-11:00 CET)\nVenue: online\nFee: free for BLCCJ members / JPY 2\,000 for non-members\nLanguage: English\n\n  \nTo register\, please send your full name\, company name and position to info@blccj.or.jp by Friday 20 November 17:00 JST\, and we will send a confirmation email. \nPayments by bank transfer have to be confirmed by 20 November 17:00 JST. We will send the payment details in the confirmation email. \nThis event will be conducted online.\nIf your registration is accepted\, you will receive the link the day before. \n  \nThis event is a collaboration of the BeLux Chambers in Hong Kong\, India-Mumbai\, India-New Delhi\, Japan\, Malaysia\, Philippines\, Singapore\, Thailand\, and Vietnam.
