DESCRIPTION:Dear members\,\n  \nSince we cannot hold any physical events at this time\, the BLCCJ hereby invites you to our FIRST WEBINAR: \n“The COVID-19 Crisis – Hints from a Legal Perspective” \n  \nThis webinar will address the legal challenges faced by SMEs in Japan during the COVID-19 crisis. Issues such as the possible reduction of labor costs\, negotiating with creditors\, landlords or opposing parties to a contract will be discussed. This seminar will also briefly touch on what assistance is being offered by the government to SMEs that are facing financial difficulties due to COVID-19.
