DESCRIPTION:From 12 till 16 September Belgian Beer Weekend 2024 will set up its tents in Roppongi! \nROPPONGI HILLS ARENA \n9.12 (Thu.) – 9.16 (Mon.) \nweekdays 16:00 – 22:00 (last order 21:30)\nweekend 11:00 – 21:00 (last order 20:30)\nlast day 11:00 – 20:00 (last order 19:30) \nhttps://belgianbeerweekend.jp/en/roppongi \n  \nThe BLCCJ will hold an after-summer beer gathering at BBW Roppongi on Thursday 12 September (opening day)\, starting from 19:00. \nAs we have a dedicated and closed area for our beer gathering (see map attached)\, you will receive a wristband for access – please ask BLCCJ’s Mayo Motoki or Kevin Dethoor upon arrival at the venue. \n  \nIf you plan to join us\, please send “I plan to join” to info@blccj.or.jp so we can have an idea of the number of people to expect.\nOur friends of the BLCCJ Starters\, the Japan-Belgium Society (JBS) and the Belgium-Luxembourg Market Council (BLMC) will be joining us\, expecting at least 40 people! \n  \nYou will need to purchase a BBW 2024 Starter Set (BBW 2024 glass and tokens).\nTo minimize the wait time at the ticket counters\, we advise that you buy your Starter Set in advance online.\nIf you already have a glass\, you can just purchase tokens. \nAll BLCCJ members will receive 2 tokens for free – please ask BLCCJ’s Mayo Motoki or Kevin Dethoor at the venue. \n  \nCome join us for great Belgian beers\, food and vibes in Roppongi! \n
