DESCRIPTION:Dear BLCCJ members\, \nThe President and the Board of Directors of the Belgian-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce in Japan are pleased to invite you to the Annual General Meeting\, which will be held as follows: \nDate: Tuesday 17 December 2024 \nTime: 18:30-19:30\nVenue: Embassy of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg in Tokyo\nLuxembourg House 1F\, 8-9 Yonbancho\, Chiyoda-ku\, Tokyo 102-0081 \n  \nThe agenda of the AGM will be as follows: \n\nActivity report 2024 YTD;\nClosing of books 2024 YTD;\nActivity proposals 2025; and\nBudget 2025.\n\n  \nThe BLCCJ constitution stipulates that the Directors on the BLCCJ Board are elected every 2 years. As all of the current Directors were elected in December 2023\, their mandate will continue for 1 more year until December 2025.\nSo no election this year\, the next one will take place in December 2025. \nHowever\, since this annual meeting is meant to inform our members in detail about what we have been doing this year and what we plan to do next year\, we very much want to request your presence. \n  \nAs usual\, we foresee a dinner after the AGM.
