DESCRIPTION:Dear BLCCJ members\, \n  \nThe President and the Board of Directors of the BLCCJ are pleased to invite you to the Annual General Meeting\, which will be held as follows: \nDate & Time: Thursday 14 December 2023 from 18:30 to 20:00 \nVenue: BNP Paribas\, Tokyo Branch 42F seminar room\n(please refer to the attached map) \n  \nThe agenda of the meeting will be as follows: \n\nActivity report 2023 YTD\nClosing of books 2023 YTD\nActivity proposals 2024\nBudget 2024\nElection of Directors 2024-2025\n\n  \nPlease take note that your vote or your proxy is very important to us in order to reach the necessary quota to validate the Director election process.\nIn case you cannot attend\, please reply with the attached ”Proxy nomination” sheet. \n  \nAs an active BLCCJ member or representative of an active corporate or professional member\, with the exception of honorary and advisory members\, you are eligible to become a Director of the BLCCJ.\nIf you are interested in joining our active BLCCJ Board of Directors\, please fill in and return the attached “Candidacy” form.\nAll candidates are asked to introduce themselves at the AGM. \n  \nDeadline to send back all documents is Monday 11 December 17:00 JST. \n  \nAs usual\, we foresee a dinner after the AGM.
