DESCRIPTION:Dear members\, \nThe President and the Board of Directors of the Belgian-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce in Japan are pleased to invite you to the Annual General Meeting\, which will be held as follows: \n\nDate: Tuesday 16 December 2025\nTime: 18:30-20:00\nVenue: Embassy of the Kingdom of Belgium in Tokyo\n5-4 Nibancho\, Chiyoda-ku\, Tokyo 102-0084\nMembers only\nLanguage: English\n\nThe agenda of the AGM will be as follows: \n\nActivity report 2025 year-to-date;\nClosing of books 2025 year-to-date;\nActivity proposals 2026;\nBudget 2026; and\nElection of Board of Directors 2026-2027\n\n  \nAs an active BLCCJ member or representative of an active corporate or professional member\, with the exception of honorary and advisory members\, you are eligible to become a Director of the BLCCJ. \nIf you are interested in joining our active BLCCJ Board of Directors\, please fill in and return this “candidacy” form. \nAll candidates are asked to introduce themselves at the AGM. \n  \nPlease take note that your vote or your proxy is very important to us in order to reach the necessary quorum to proceed with the Director election process. \nIn case you cannot attend\, please reply with this ”proxy” form. \n  \nDeadline to send back all documents is Thursday 11 December 17:00 JST. \n  \nAs usual\, we foresee a dinner after the AGM. We have booked at Aux Bacchanales Kioicho (JPY 10\,000 pp) from 20:15 till 22:00.\nPlease kindly indicate your attendance or non-attendance to the dinner in this “registration” form. \nAttachments are: \n\nConvocation letter/registration form \nProxy  form\nCandidacy for BLCCJ Directorship form\nBLCCJ Constitution\n\n  \nAs this will be our last event of the year and there will be a Board election\, we hope to see many of you at the AGM! \nThe BLCCJ office
