{"id":13150,"date":"2023-01-24T17:38:10","date_gmt":"2023-01-24T08:38:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blccj.or.jp\/?p=13150"},"modified":"2023-01-24T17:38:10","modified_gmt":"2023-01-24T08:38:10","slug":"call-for-get-ready-for-japan-2-week-training-programme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blccj.or.jp\/ja\/news\/call-for-get-ready-for-japan-2-week-training-programme\/","title":{"rendered":"Call for &#8220;Get ready for Japan&#8221; 2-week training programme"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The EU-Japan Centre is currently calling for applications for its next training programme in Japan: \u201cGet Ready for Japan\u201d.\u00a0This year session is finally back to its physical format in Tokyo.<br \/>\nThe programme funded by the European Commission aims to improve EU companies awareness about Japanese business environment, and overall their business activities with Japan.<\/p>\n<p>==============================<wbr \/>==============================<br \/>\n<strong>&#8220;Get ready for Japan&#8221; 2-week training programme<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>\u00b7\u00a0Training dates: 15 \u2013 26 May 2023<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>\u00b7\u00a0Application deadline: Thursday, 16 March 2023<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>\u00b7\u00a0Venue: Tokyo, Japan<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Targeting European companies (especially Small and Medium Enterprises) the 2-week \u2018Get Ready for Japan\u2019\u00a0scheme offers managers the unique opportunity to experience and understand both the cultural and economic elements which define and explain Japan&#8217;s business and technological achievements. This training course consists of a combination of lectures, case studies, negotiation role-play exercises with Japanese managers and field trips.<br \/>\nThe training may include the possibility to have tailored B2B meetings as well.<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of the training is:<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0to acquire a broad understanding of the Japanese business environment, business practices and Japanese-style personal communications in order to find ways to do successful business through a partner relationship;<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0to become aware of the decision-making process inside Japanese companies and therefore gain a better understanding of their negotiation style and hierarchy;<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0to give the opportunity to reinforce relationships with current Japanese customers and facilitate contacts with future ones during individual company meetings: online B2B<\/p>\n<p>In order to ensure a high degree of personal attention, the number of participants is limited to 14.
