Global Business Seminar<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan (MOFA)<\/a>\u00a0is pleased to announce the hosting of “Global Business Seminar,” featuring topics such as Japan\u2019s business environment from oversea perspective and Japan\u2019s attractiveness as an investment destination. As uncertainty in the international environment has increased in recent years and the restructuring of global supply chains has progressed, Japan remains as an attractive FDI destination, offering one of the world’s largest markets and an excellent business environment.<\/p>\n

In this seminar, representatives of the business community and foreign companies based in Japan will give remarks on: the recent investment environment in Japan, the business environment in Japan from a foreign perspective, and the advantages of investing in Japan; while government officials will give remarks regarding institutional reforms and major policies to attract more FDI to Japan.<\/p>\n

We welcome the participation of business people and investors overseas who are interested in the international investment trend; those considering to establish and\/or expand foreign direct investment in Japan in the fields such as development of cross-border innovative service and startup investment; and Japanese companies and local governments being interested in collaborating with foreign affiliated companies.<\/p>\n
