The Luxembourg Trade and Investment Office in Tokyo is looking for an assistant who will support the Luxembourg\u2019s economic promotion activities related to the Osaka Expo 2025.\u00a0 The job requires professional experiences\/skills in business, excellent time management capabilities, event organizational skills and flexibility.\u00a0 Fluency in both English and Japanese is a must.\u00a0 The working place will be in Tokyo at the Embassy of Luxembourg to Japan, but the assistant should occasionally travel to Osaka when needed.<\/p>\n
The successful candidate will be offered a gross salary above 360.000 JPY, depending the experiences, with a generous paid holiday package, enrollment in \u201cKoseinenkin\u201d Pension and health insurance. \u00a0Other detailed conditions to be presented and discussed during the course of selection.<\/p>\n
The working hours are 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.\u00a0 The office is open Monday-Friday usually but the job may require working overtime when high-level delegations visit Japan during the Expo.<\/p>\n
