Support the activities of the economic section of the Embassy in Tokyo, with a focus on visits<br \/>\nand events in the framework Expo Osaka-Kansai 2025<br \/>\n&#8211; Full-time job in a dynamic and pleasant working environment<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Example of tasks:<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; Translate documents (emails, letters, articles, social media posts, etc.) from English to<br \/>\nJapanese and vice-versa<br \/>\n&#8211; Provide translation or interpreting support (Japanese to English) during speeches, operational<br \/>\nmeetings, etc.<br \/>\n&#8211; Draft official correspondence<br \/>\n&#8211; Contribute to the organization of official visits as well as events managed by the Embassy<br \/>\n(arrange agendas, schedules, transportation, catering, equipment, etc.) mainly in the<br \/>\nframework of the Expo.<br \/>\n&#8211; Provide customer-oriented and efficient assistance to partners visiting Japan in the framework<br \/>\nof the Expo.<br \/>\n&#8211; Manage small accounting tasks under the supervision of the manager<br \/>\n&#8211; Carry out various administrative tasks<br \/>\n&#8211; Other missions, depending on the needs<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required profile:<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; Excellent oral and written knowledge of Japanese (native level mandatory)<br \/>\n&#8211; Excellent command of English, both written and oral<br \/>\n&#8211; Knowledge of Dutch and\/or French is considered an asset<br \/>\n&#8211; Good IT knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Outlook), good command of SNS (X, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)<br \/>\n&#8211; Strong organizational abilities, as the successful candidate will need to be flexible and able to work and manage tasks and priorities autonomously<br \/>\n&#8211; Good communication and interpersonal skills, good team player<br \/>\n&#8211; Ready to work in an international and multi-linguistic environment<br \/>\n&#8211; Any previous work experience in Embassy, translation\/interpretation, public service, communication, PR, office management is an asset<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conditions<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; Fixed-term contract for 10 months, with a trial period of three (3) months<br \/>\n&#8211; Working hours: 40 hours\/week<br \/>\n&#8211; Advantages: Competitive salary (minimum gross salary 480688 JPY\/month), bonus, public<br \/>\ntransport refund, health\/pension insurance, twenty (20) paid annual leave.<br \/>\n&#8211;
