A call for applications is currently open for EU companies and their subsidiaries in Japan and Asia developing solutions related to\u00a0decarbonisation, energy production and energy efficiency.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Get a chance to showcase your company at the Japan Energy Summit & Exhibition, one of Japan\u2019s leading international events in the sectors of energy and decarbonisation, taking place from 18\u201320 June 2025 at Tokyo Big Sight.<\/p>\n

\nContents<\/strong>:\u00a0participation with the EU-Japan Centre will provide selected EU companies with the following elements:
\n– Individual display stand at the EU-Japan Centre\u2019s booth
\n– Translation of poster and company profile, as well as printing of the poster for the exhibition
\n– Pitching slot at the trade fair\u2019s Climatetech Theatre on 18 June 2025
\n– Support by the EU-Japan Centre staff and professional interpreters throughout the event<\/p>\n

Costs<\/strong>:
\nparticipation is free of charge for EU small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and their subsidiaries in Japan or other countries. (A participation fee of \u00a580,000 will be charged for large companies only).
\nAll participants are responsible for covering the following expenses: flights to\/from Japan, accommodation and living expenses in Japan.<\/p>\n
