Registrants create profiles including their &#8220;Offers&#8221; and &#8220;Requests&#8221; \/ &#8220;Seeds&#8221; and &#8220;Needs&#8221;, which will allow them to identify potential partners.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Registered participants can browse each other\u2019s profile and search for potential partners by keywords and categories.
