DESCRIPTION:The Gender Equality Advisory Council (GEAC) released its Recommendations in December 2023 during the G7 Hiroshima Summit Follow-up at the United Nations University Headquarters. The report outlines concrete measures for gender mainstreaming in ‘economic empowerment\,’ ‘education\,’ ‘peace-building\,’ and ‘data\,’ sharing best practices and actionable solutions. \nDuring this seminar\, we will explore key insights\, focusing on the recommendations to address gender gaps in these areas. DESCRIPTION:8th Inter-Chamber Ski and Snowboard Weekend\, 17 February 2024\, Okushiga Kogen\, Nagano \nOpen for registration \nAll winter sports enthusiasts – welcome to our winter networking event for 2024! \nIn the 2024 edition we will continue the epic journey that is the Inter-Chamber Ski and Snowboard Weekend in Okushiga Kogen\, Nagano. \nOpen to everyone – whether Chamber member or not! Family\, friends\, business contacts\, children and adults\, skier\, snowboarders\, winter afficionados – this event is for you! \nJointly organized and promoted by the chambers from Austria\, Belgium-Luxembourg\, Germany\, Spain\, Switzerland\, the Netherlands\, South Africa and France\, this event promises a very diverse crowd! Usually\, half of the participants are from Japan\, the other half from abroad\, with a great mix of young and more senior members. The “race” is a friendly competition\, easy-set giant slalom\, open to the experienced or skilled\, but ready for everyone.
