We are eagerly waiting for the Tokyo government decision regarding banquet restrictions after October 25, but we have good hope that we can go ahead with our gala. For sure we are in full preparation!
In this regard we would like to remind those who signed up to confirm number and names of guests, food allergies/restrictions, and make a payment by the deadline of 27 October.
If you have not yet signed up but are interested, please inform our office. You will be put on a waiting list for now, but we will do our utmost best to accommodate you.
We would like to thank our many raffle sponsors this year! Again we will be able to give away a travel voucher to Belgium, several hotel stays and many many wonderful goods, drinks, sweets, about 300 prizes in total.
If you cannot wait till the event or you would like to surprise your guests, you can reserve some raffle tickets in advance – we will gladly prepare a receipt.
Also at the gala we can give a receipt to those who want, just ask the raffle staff.
We will use the same pricing as last year:
1 ticket = JPY 1,000
For JPY 5,000 you get 6 tickets / for JPY 10,000 you get 12 tickets
(If the government restrictions after October 25 allow it:)
