The SCCIJ is pleased to invite you to their September luncheon with Ms. Vanessa Oshima (Founder / Rep Director, Heart-data; Elected Council Member, ESOMAR; Head of Marketing, Starbucks Coffee Japan) who will deliver a speech titled “Unlocking Brand IKIGAI for Longevity and Strength”.
In 2017 Ms. Oshima faced her own personal branding challenge when diagnosed with breast cancer, she read about the concept of IKIGAI (“sense of purpose”, “reason for living”) but found it almost impossible to execute. Applying her 20 year knowledge of rebuilding brands to positions of strength she applied these brand building steps to create the BRAND IKIGAI framework that she has applied to her own journey and work. Whether it is your personal brand, team “branding & reputation” in your organization, company corporate brand or product/service branding – we have the goals to “not just survive” but to “thrive” and to grow. Her speech will share the Brand Ikigai framework with clear examples of application from real experiences (success & failures) in Japan.
