Introducing Our New Mentoring Program for Young Professionals!
Our program pairs motivated young professionals (mentees) with seasoned experts (mentors) who can provide invaluable guidance, advice, and support. The goal? To fast-track your personal and professional growth in Japan by tapping into the experience and wisdom of our mentors.

We need young professionals and members who are ready to mentor to declare themselves through the following form: https://forms.gle/
How It Works:
•We match mentors and mentees based on shared interests, career goals, skills, and personalities.
•Meetings can be arranged either in-person or online, according to your preferences.
•The mentoring relationship can range from just a couple of meetings to a commitment of up to 12 months, depending on your needs and goals.
