Job Opportunity — Tokyo Trip
Based in Tokyo, Tokyo Trip specializes in the design and delivery of high-end private experiences across Japan. We are currently seeking a full-time team member on a permanent contract, based in the Tokyo area.
We are looking for a committed, curious, and service-minded individual who values excellence and is eager to help create unique, tailor-made experiences for an international clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Accompany guests during private tours in Tokyo and surrounding areas
- Assist in the design and on-site adaptation of bespoke experiences
- Ensure an outstanding level of service throughout every stage of the client journey
- Support client relations with professionalism, care, and attention to detail
Candidate Profile
- Excellent knowledge of Tokyo (districts, culture, pace of life, and local nuances)
- Previous experience in sales, tourism, hospitality, or premium customer service
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to create seamless, memorable experiences
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Dynamic, adaptable, and professionally presented
Skills & Qualifications
- Fluency in French and English (Dutch or any additional language is a strong advantage)
- Good organizational and administrative skills
- Comfortable using digital tools and office software
