Labor Law Seminar organized by TECC – Q&A

The Tokyo Employment Consultation Center (TECC – managed by Pasona Inc.) held a Labor Law seminar for global companies on 25th of February.

 “Case Studies: the Frequently asked questions on Japanese labour / employment management”.

For example, “Termination of employment in some specific cases including ones after long non work-related leaves, management of SNS posting by employee, fixed amount of overtime payment”.
