BLCCJ Annual General Meeting 2025

Dear members,

The President and the Board of Directors of the Belgian-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce in Japan are pleased to invite you to the Annual General Meeting, which will be held as follows:

• Date: Tuesday 16 December 2025
• Time: 18:30-20:00
• Venue: Embassy of the Kingdom of Belgium in Tokyo
  5-4 Nibancho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 102-0084
• Members only
• Language: English

The agenda of the AGM will be as follows:

• Activity report 2025 year-to-date;
• Closing of books 2025 year-to-date;
• Activity proposals 2026;
• Budget 2026; and
• Election of Board of Directors 2026-2027

As an active BLCCJ member or representative of an active corporate or professional member, with the exception of honorary and advisory members, you are eligible to become a Director of the BLCCJ.

If you are interested in joining our active BLCCJ Board of Directors, please fill in and return this “candidacy” form.

All candidates are asked to introduce themselves at the AGM.

Please take note that your vote or your proxy is very important to us in order to reach the necessary quorum to proceed with the Director election process.

In case you cannot attend, please reply with this ”proxy” form.

Deadline to send back all documents is Thursday 11 December 17:00 JST.

As usual, we foresee a dinner after the AGM. We have booked at Aux Bacchanales Kioicho (JPY 10,000 pp) from 20:15 till 22:00.
Please kindly indicate your attendance or non-attendance to the dinner in this “registration” form.
