Menu and beer selection

Join us for the next Belgian Beer and Food Academy in Tokyo, a culinary experience you do not want to miss.


Once again Hilton Tokyo Executive Chef Martial Diffor and his team will create a special menu featuring typical Belgian food products, and our beer expert Jan De Bock will guide you through the Belgian beer selection of the evening.


It will be a unique combination of Belgian food and beers that you will not be able to taste anywhere else, making this event not only a must for F&B professionals and lovers of Belgian beer and food, but also a great occasion to invite your business contacts and friends.

  • Registration and aperitif from 18:30 till 19:15
  • Presentations about the menu and Belgian beers
  • 4-course dinner from 19:45 till 21:30

Deadline for registration is Wednesday 12 April, or when seats are full.


We kindly ask you to arrange payment by Wednesday 12 April by bank transfer. We will send the bank details in the confirmation email.
