BLCCJ AGM 2024

Dear BLCCJ members,

The President and the Board of Directors of the Belgian-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce in Japan are pleased to invite you to the Annual General Meeting, which will be held as follows:

Date: Tuesday 17 December 2024 
Time: 18:30-19:30
Venue: Embassy of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg in Tokyo
Luxembourg House 1F, 8-9 Yonbancho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 102-0081

The agenda of the AGM will be as follows:

• Activity report 2024 YTD;
• Closing of books 2024 YTD;
• Activity proposals 2025; and
• Budget 2025.

The BLCCJ constitution stipulates that the Directors on the BLCCJ Board are elected every 2 years. As all of the current Directors were elected in December 2023, their mandate will continue for 1 more year until December 2025.
So no election this year, the next one will take place in December 2025.

However, since this annual meeting is meant to inform our members in detail about what we have been doing this year and what we plan to do next year, we very much want to request your presence.

As usual, we foresee a dinner after the AGM. We have booked at Aux Bacchanales Kioicho (JPY 8,500 pp) from 20:00 till 22:00.
Please kindly indicate your attendance or non-attendance to the dinner in the attached registration form.

• Current constitution (revised in 2021)
