BLCCJ Gala 2023: FULL

We are pleased to announce the annual BLCCJ Gala, which will take place this year on Friday 10 November, from 6.30 pm, at the prestigious Conrad Tokyo hotel.

In the presence of representatives of the Belgian and Luxembourg Embassies, we will take you on a journey through the UNESCO World Heritage sites in Belgium and Luxembourg.

Don’t miss THE networking event of the year for the Belgian-Luxembourg community and our Japanese friends, a wonderful evening with exquisite cuisine, wines, live entertainment, fantastic raffle prizes, and of course, great company!

Attached you can find the application form. The application deadline is Tuesday 31 October or when seats are full.

If you wish to show your support to our Chamber by sponsoring a raffle prize, please send us back the attached sponsor sheet by Thursday 26 October.
