BLCCJ Gala 2024 : FULL!!

We are pleased to announce the annual BLCCJ Gala, which will take place this year on Friday 22 November, from 6.30 pm, at the prestigious Conrad Tokyo hotel.

In the presence of the Belgian and Luxembourg Ambassadors, we will showcase the participation of Belgium and Luxembourg at the World Expos, from 1851 to 2025.

Don’t miss THE networking event of the year for the Belgian-Luxembourg community and our Japanese friends, a wonderful evening with exquisite cuisine, wines, live entertainment, fantastic raffle prizes, and of course, great company!

Attached you can find the application form. The application deadline is Monday 11 November or when seats are full.

If you wish to show your support to our Chamber by sponsoring a raffle prize, please send us back the attached sponsor sheet by Thursday 7 November.

Gala raffle:

• 1 ticket = JPY 1,000 but JPY 10,000 = 12 tickets
• If you want to purchase raffle tickets in advance, please contact our office.
• Purchases on the day are to be paid in cash or via PayPay. We can issue a receipt upon request.
