EARLY BIRD CAMPAIGN! BLCCJ Gala 2024

We are pleased to announce the annual BLCCJ Gala, which will take place this year on Friday 22 November, from 6.30 pm, at the prestigious Conrad Tokyo hotel.

In the presence of the Belgian and Luxembourg Ambassadors, we will showcase the participation of Belgium and Luxembourg at the World Expos, from 1851 to 2025.

Don’t miss THE networking event of the year for the Belgian-Luxembourg community and our Japanese friends, a wonderful evening with exquisite cuisine, wines, live entertainment, fantastic raffle prizes, and of course, great company!

 

Also this year we have an Early Bird campaign – a JPY 2,000/person discount only available until 30 September.
So take advantage and book early!

Early Bird fee (until 30 September 2024):
Members and Guests: JPY 27,500 / Non-Members: JPY 32,000
From 1 October until 11 November 2024:
Members and Guests: JPY 29,500 / Non-members: JPY 34,000

Attached you can find the application form. The application deadline is Monday 11 November or when seats are full. The Early Bird campaign ends on 30 September.
