BLCCJ Gala 2025

We are delighted to announce the annual BLCCJ Gala, on Friday 28 November, from 18:30, at the prestigious Conrad Tokyo hotel, and in the presence of the Belgium and Luxembourg Ambassadors.

This year’s theme: “A SWEET Evening: Chocolate and Baumkuchen”

Don’t miss THE networking event of the year for the Belgian-Luxembourg community and our Japanese friends – an evening with refined cuisine, a selection of wines and beers, musical ambiance with DJ Yumi, exciting raffle prizes, and of course, great company!

Event Details

• Date: Friday 28 November 2025
• Time: 18:30 – 23:00
• Venue: Conrad Tokyo Hotel, Annex, Kazanami banquet room 2F
• Capacity: 250 participants, first come first served
• Fee: JPY 31,500 pp for members and their guests / JPY 36,000 pp for non-members
