BLCCJ Gala 2026: Early Bird campaign until 30 September

We are delighted to announce the annual BLCCJ Gala, on Friday 27 November, from 18:30, at the prestigious Conrad Tokyo hotel, and in the presence of the Belgian and Luxembourg Ambassadors.

This year’s theme: a celebration of the 160th anniversary of Belgium-Japan relations in 2026 & the 100th anniversary of Luxembourg-Japan relations in 2027.

Don’t miss THE networking event of the year for the Belgian-Luxembourg community and our Japanese friends – an evening with refined cuisine, a selection of wines and beers, musical ambiance with our pianists and saxophone player, exciting raffle prizes, and of course, great company!

• Date: Friday 27 November 2026
• Time: 18:30 – 23:00
• Venue: Conrad Tokyo Hotel, Annex, Kazanami banquet room 2F
• Capacity: 250 participants, first come first served
• Fee: enjoy a JPY 2,500 / person discount with the Early Bird campaign!
  Early Bird fee until 30 September 2026: JPY 30,000 pp for members and their guests / JPY 35,000 pp for non-members
  Regular fee from 1 October until 16 November 2026: JPY 32,500 pp for members and their guests / JPY 37,500 pp for non-members
