BLCCJ visit to the Expo: FULL

Join us for one last visit before Expo 2025 Osaka comes to a close!
On 10 October we will explore together the Belgian, Luxembourg, EU and French pavilions, with dessert time at the Luxembourg pavilion and a networking reception at the Belgian pavilion rooftop.
Representatives of the Belgian and Luxembourg pavilions will share with us their impressions of the past 6 months, some figures and some highlights.
We will be honoured by the presence of our 2 Ambassadors: H.E. Belgian Ambassador Antoine Evrard and H.E. Luxembourg Ambassador Michel Leesch.
The visit includes:
- VIP Expo entry (enter the Expo at anytime on the event day, no time slot needed)
- a guided tour through 4 pavilions (France, Luxembourg, EU and Belgium)
- a dessert with coffee/tea at the Luxembourg Pavilion
- a reception with drinks and finger food at the Belgian Pavilion

- Venue: Expo Osaka
(start at the French pavilion / end at the Belgian pavilion) - Fee: JPY 14,500 BLCCJ members and guests / JPY 17,000 non-members
(fee includes VIP Expo ticket, pavilion visits, dessert and reception)
(fee does NOT include travel and accommodation expenses)
Seats are limited to 40, first come first served. Priority will be given to our members.
To register, please send your full name, company name, position, and your guests’ info (if any) to info@blccj.or.jp. We will send you a confirmation email.
You will need to arrange payment in advance by bank transfer (no cash payments). We will send the bank details in the confirmation email.
Deadline for registration is Wednesday 1 October 17:00, or when capacity has been reached.
Any cancellations after 1 October or no-shows will be charged in full.
