Save-the-date! European Cocktail 2025

The next edition of the traditional Joint Chamber EU Cocktail will be held this year on Thursday 23 October at The Capitol Tokyu Tokyo.

This unique evening will unite 15 Chambers of Commerce, incl. BLCCJ, for networking and fostering stronger connections.

• Time: 19:00 – 21:00 (doors open at 18:30)
• Venue: The Capital Hotel Tokyu

• Fee: JPY 13,000 BLCCJ members / JPY 16,000 non-members
  (fee includes drinks and finger food)
  

BLCCJ spots are limited to 15, first come first served!
Due to limited spots, we limit to max. 2 persons per company.
Priority will be given to members.

To register, please send your full name, company name and position to info@blccj.or.jp. We will confirm if you are on the guest list or on the waiting list.

You will need to arrange payment in advance by bank transfer (no cash payments). We will send the bank details in the confirmation email.

Deadline for registration is Thursday 9 October 17:00, or when seats are full.

Any cancellations after 9 October or no-shows will be charged in full.
