Expo 2025 Kick-off Party

Kick off the road to Expo 2025 with an evening of global connections!

Join members from the international business community for a special joint chamber networking event in Tokyo ahead of the Expo 2025 Osaka, an event set to welcome millions of visitors under the theme “Designing Future Society for Our Lives” (13 April – 13 October, 2025).

The Expo Kick-off Party is led by the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Japan with support of 13 other Chambers of Commerce in Japan, incl. BLCCJ

Set against the backdrop of the beautiful Hotel Indigo Tokyo Shibuya, this gathering will bring together Expo representatives, industry leaders, and chamber members to exchange insights, share plans, and spark new collaborations. With great company, premium drinks, and plenty of conversation, this is the perfect opportunity to connect across borders and gear up for Japan’s biggest event of the year!

Fee: JPY 9,900 BLCCJ members / JPY 12,100 non-members
(fee includes free flow of drinks, finger food and a goodies bag)

BLCCJ spots are limited to 15, first come first served.
Due to the limited number of spots, we can accept max. 2 persons per company.
Priority will be given to our members.

To register, please send your full name, company name and position to
info@blccj.or.jp We will confirm if you are on the guest list or on the waiting list.

You will need to arrange payment in advance by bank transfer (no cash payments). We will send the bank details in the confirmation email.

Deadline for registration is Friday 4 April 12:00, or when seats are full.
Any cancelation after 4 April or no-shows will be charged in full.
