BLCCJ Annual General Meeting 2022

Dear BLCCJ members,

The President and the Board of Directors of the BLCCJ are pleased to invite you to the Annual General Meeting, which will be held as follows:

Date & Time: Wednesday 14 December 2022 from 6:30PM to 7:30PM 
Venue: Belgian Embassy in Japan
5-4 Nibancho, Chiyoda-ku
Tokyo 102-0084

The agenda of the AGM will be as follows:
• Activity report 2022 YTD
• Closing of books 2022 YTD
• Activity proposals 2023
• Budget 2023

Last year you agreed on the attached BLCCJ constitution revision which stipulates that the BLCCJ Board of Directors is elected every 2 years. This means that the mandate our Board of Directors received in December 2021 will continue for 1 more year. So there will be no directors’ election in 2022 (the next election will take place in December 2023).

However, since this annual meeting is mainly meant to inform our members in detail about what we have been doing this year and what we plan to do next year, we very much want to request your presence.

As usual, we foresee a dinner after the AGM. We have booked at Aux Bacchanales Kioicho (JPY 8,000 pp) from 7:45PM till 10PM.
Please kindly indicate your attendance or non-attendance to the dinner in the attached registration form.
