Summer Beer Gathering @ BBW Hibiya

On 29 July Belgian Beer Weekend will kick off in Hibiya Park!

The BLCCJ will be holding a summer beer gathering on Thursday 4 August from 18:00.

We will gather in the tent on the left side of the stage (see attached floorplan).

If you plan to join us, please send an email “I plan to join”, so we can have an idea of the number of people to expect.

You will need to purchase a BBW 2022 Starter Set (glass and tokens) (if you already have a glass, you can just purchase tokens).

Since the number of tickets available per day is limited based on the capacity of the venue, and in order to reduce waiting and check-in time at the registration desks, we recommend you buy your tickets in advance via Rakuten Ticket or at FamilyMart.

All BLCCJ members will receive 2 tokens for free – please ask BLCCJ office’s Sophie or Madoka at the venue.
