“The Journey to Gender Equality in Belgium and Japan”
Talks by Belgian Ambassador Roxane de Bilderling, UCB Japan President Kanako Kikuchi and AB InBev Japan GM Peter Cammaerts
Ambassador de Bilderling will give an insight into gender equality in Belgium: how did we get there and how can we learn from each other. She will also share her experience as a female Ambassador.
Kanako Kikuchi, President and Representative Director of UCB Japan, will speak about the implementation of diversity, equality and inclusion, and more specifically gender equality, in Japan and at UCB, and share her own testimony as a businesswoman in Japan.

Peter Cammaerts, General Manager of AB InBev Japan, New Zealand and Pacific Islands, will share the Global Diversity & Inclusive agenda at AB InBev, leading to Gender Equality. He will cover how it has evolved over the years, and how AB InBev implements it in the different zones and countries.
The presentations will be followed by a Q&A.
