We gladly inform you of our next WEBINAR:

“Working together virtually: challenges & opportunities”

 

The Covid pandemic has boosted virtual working. And even in the post-Covid era, it’s highly likely that working together virtually is “here to stay”. In this webinar we will address both the challenges but also the opportunities that virtual collaboration offers. We will focus on items such as open two-way communication and direct feedback, installing trust in teams, and bridging interpersonal and intercultural differences. We will look at how using the right technology in the right way can help us in tackling some of the virtual collaboration challenges, and how technology can add value in meeting both the organization’s and the individual employee’s needs.   

 

As a speaker we have invited Frans van de Ven, Executive Coach (based in Belgium).
