Joint Chamber Visit to Expo Osaka: FULL

We are pleased to invite you to a special joint event at EXPO 2025 Osaka, bringing together members of 5 European Chambers of Commerce in Japan: the Austrian Business Council (ABC), Belgian-Luxembourg Chamber (BLCCJ), French Chamber (CCIFJ), Netherlands Chamber (NCCJ) and  Swiss Chamber (SCCIJ).

This unique gathering offers the chance to explore the Expo grounds, connect across industries, and enjoy a memorable networking lunch and reception in a truly international setting.

The tour includes:

• VIP Expo entry (enter the Expo at anytime on the event day, no time slot needed)
• lunch at one of the participating pavilions
• guided tours through 6 country pavilions (Austria, Switzerland, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands and Belgium)
• a networking reception at the Belgian Pavilion

Participation is limited to 15 guests per Chamber. We encourage early registration as spots will likely fill quickly.

Venue: Expo Osaka
(start at the Austrian pavilion / end at the Belgian pavilion)

Fee: JPY 19,000 BLCCJ members / JPY 25,000 non-members
(fee includes VIP Expo ticket, lunch, pavilion visits and networking reception)
(fee does NOT include travel and accommodation expenses)

BLCCJ spots are limited to 15, first come first served!
Priority will be given to our members.

To register, please send your full name, company name and position to info@blccj.or.jp. We will confirm if you are on the guest list or on the waiting list.

You will need to arrange payment in advance by bank transfer (no cash payments). We will send the bank details in the confirmation email.

Deadline for registration is Friday 1 August 12:00, or when capacity has been reached.
Any cancellations after 1 August or no-shows will be charged in full.
