Membership
Become a member of the BLCCJ, and join a friendly, dynamic and international network!
To apply for membership, please fill out the below application form. Membership is open to all nationalities and you can sign up all year long.
After approval by the BLCCJ Board, a confirmation e-mail together with the invoice for the membership fee will be sent to you. You will also be included in the online Directory. Your membership officially starts after we have confirmed the payment.
Membership is automatically renewed every year. If you wish to cancel your membership, please inform the BLCCJ office in writing. After confirmation by the Board the cancelation will become official. Membership fees already paid will not be refunded.
Membership Categories & Fees
FLAGSHIP
Corporate members can apply for a Flagship Member status and enjoy extra benefits and visibility as leading supporters of the BLCCJ.
Following extra fees will apply on top of the annual corporate membership fee:
ANNUAL FEE
Platinum: JPY 400,000
Gold: JPY 300,000
Silver: JPY 200,000
CORPORATE
Companies, associations, legal entities established or having a representative in Japan and in which the management and/or the capital is Belgian-Luxembourg.
b) Belgian-Luxembourg companies, associations, legal entities which are not established or do not have a representative in Japan, but which are or will be conducting business with Japan.
c) companies, associations, legal entities established in Japan which are conducting business with Belgium or Luxembourg.
d) companies, associations, legal entities having activities related to the objectives of the Chamber or deemed so by the Board.

PROFESSIONAL
Individuals whose company employs 4 people or less and whose membership is paid for by the company, and who have activities related to the objectives of the Chamber or deemed so by the Board.

INDIVIDUAL
Any person who is or has been engaged in business with Belgium and/or Luxembourg, has an interest or connection with Belgium and/or Luxembourg, and has activities or interests related to the objectives of the Chamber or deemed so by the Board.

Students or young professionals in Japan of 30 years of age or less with a strong connection with Belgium or Luxembourg.
