Business mission Smart Energy Week (fall 2025)

The EU – funded programme EU Business Hub – Japan and the Republic of Korea helps EU companies active in the green and low-carbon technologies, digital solutions, and healthcare and medical equipment sectors to enter the two Asian markets by organising business missions to Japan and to the Republic of Korea until 2027.
They just opened a new business mission to Japan in the renewable energy sector: EU Business Hub @ Smart Energy Week Autumn 2025, thanks to which 50 EU SMEs and start-ups will visit Smart Energy Week held in Tokyo between 15 – 19 September 2025 with all the benefits offered by the programme:
- Pre-arranged business matchmaking: Meet and connect with top Japanese enterprises.
- Market intelligence: Gain insights from industry experts.
- Targeted promotion through the exhibition of the company’s products and services.
- Hotel accommodation (Hotel in Makuhari, Hotel the Manhattan) for four nights – in total, up to €1000 for accommodation is covered by the programme.
- Logistical support and assistance throughout the mission, from exhibition setup to promotional materials.
- Financial support to benefit from a menu of additional customised services co-funded by the programme (e.g. interpretation, legal advice, booth decoration, etc.) – in total, up to €1000 is covered by the programme.
- Coverage of the exhibitor fee at Smart Energy Week.
Registration deadline for this mission is 6 June 2025.
