CCIFJ Executive Leadership Program is open to BLCCJ members
ShareBLCCJ Members are invited to join the CCI France Japon’s Executive Leadership Program, a highly-rated program in its second run, in collaboration with ESSEC Business School.
This program, consisting of 5 in-person modules, is specially designed for high-potential, experienced leaders who are currently in their positions or transitioning to new leadership roles with expanded responsibilities.
Participants will explore and learn the fundamental principles of what it takes to be a leader in today’s complex business world.
The program offers a high-level educational pathway that includes interactive in-person training, mentorship, and access to the ESSEC Business School’s e-learning platform, thus providing participants with optimal learning conditions.
The Executive Leadership Program is delivered in English by renowned faculties from the ESSEC Business School campuses.

High-potential experienced leaders in their current positions or stepping into new executive roles which may involve broader responsibilities.
Senior Leaders and Executives who are in leadership roles with country, functional or regional/ global accountabilities and managing teams, functions and/or business units.
