Farewell gathering

Saying goodbye to people is never fun, but on 18 July the BLCCJ Board of Directors did so to diplomats David Goebbels and Joren Kippers, who are leaving Japan after 4 years to return to Luxembourg and Belgium respectively.

We also said goodbye and thank you to Akiko Itoh, who was a wonderful assistant for almost 2 years but will be leaving the BLCCJ at the end of July.

We wish all 3 the best in their next step, and hope our paths will cross again in the future!
