Green Cluster/SME Mission to Japan in Feb 2024

The EU-Japan Centre is pleased to invite EU-based SME’s to a new edition of our Green Cluster/SME Mission in February 2024. Selected SMEs will be taken to Tokyo, and the Centre will cover the exhibition costs as well as provide a 600€ grant to participants.
This is a unique chance to connect with Japanese companies and investors. As an additional component of the business mission, the EU-Japan Centre also offers to support EU companies looking for Japanese business partners for projects outside Japan.
The Green Cluster/SME Mission will be organised along the Decarbonisation Expo in Tokyo, Japan. The Centre will cover access to the trade fair and any other fees related to B2B event (translation, flyers, follow-up).Selected participants will still need to cover their flight tickets and accommodation costs.

Deadline for applications: 30 October 2023
Venue: Tokyo, Japan
The Centre will inform applicants of the results before November 30.
The programme targets SMEs and clusters from the EU or COSME partnering countries, including Ukraine, active in the following sectors:
– Energy production & conservation : Renewables, biomass, CCS, SMRs, co-generation, energy storage, advanced materials, thermal isolation…
– Efficiency and sustainability: Sustainable consumer products, recycling, waste reduction, re-usable products…
– Mobility: Zero emission vehicles, hydrogen, e-bikes, fuel cells, micro mobility…
