Hydrogen Seminar
ShareABOUT THE EVENT
Hydrogen is enjoying unprecedented momentum as the world is starting to transition away from fossil fuels in an effort to reach net zero by 2050. Japan has been a hydrogen frontrunner and made H2 a key element in its new energy policy. Belgium has also stepped up its efforts in recent years, culminating in the new Belgian hydrogen strategy published in 2021. In collaboration with Awex, FIT and HUB Brussels, and with the support of NEDO and the Japan Hydrogen Association (JH2A), the Embassy of Belgium in Tokyo is organizing a seminar to explore further possibilities for H2 collaboration between both countries. Various speakers will present the latest developments in each country and highlight areas for cooperation, ranging from joint R&D to investment opportunities and working together on building an international hydrogen supply chain.
