BLCCJ EVENTS

Thank you to everyone who joined or supported our Belgian Beer and Food Academy in Osaka (Dec 2), our Belgian shop and beer gathering @ Belgian Beer Weekend Christmas (Dec 8 till 12), and our Annual General Meeting (Dec 15).

We are happy to announce that at the AGM yesterday a new Board of Directors 2022-2023 has been elected. The 11 current Directors have been re-elected, and will be joined by Samuel Blondel (IKEA Japan) and Kazuma Kato (Keiwa Sogo Law Offices), resulting in a Board of 13 Directors for 2022-2023. Congratulations to all of them!
They will amongst themselves appoint a President, one or two Vice Presidents, a Treasurer and a Secretary General by the end of the year. We will inform you of the result in due time.

In the meantime we have already 3 events lined up for 2022:

-Wednesday 26 January, 18:00-19:00: webinar with flagship member Puratos on “Sustainability and Fairness in the chocolate world”

-Thursday 3 February, 18:30-22:00: New Year party @ Le Petit Tonneau Toranomon

-Weekend of 12/13 February: Inter-Chamber Ski and Snowboard Networking Retreat @ Lotte Arai Resort in Niigata (the Austrian Chamber is taking the lead, BLCCJ is supporting the event)
