On November 1st, the BLCCJ has welcomed a new assistant: Madoka Shibata. Right away she was thrown into the gala preparations and pulled off a great job. We look forward to introducing her to all of you at our upcoming events.
This means that after nearly 10 years we are saying goodbye to Hitomi Strobbe. Because of her hard work and devotion to the Chamber and its members, she has been a driving force in making the BLCCJ the vibrant community that it is today.
Hitomi will stay on as BLCCJ assistant till November 30th; from December 1st she will work part-time for the Belgo-Luxembourg Market Council. Since she will be based in the same BLCCJ office, it is not really a farewell but foremost a thank you for 10 years at BLCCJ!
EVENTS:
We also want to extend a big THANK YOU to everyone who joined our gala last Friday. We believe it was a successful event and above all, a wonderful occasion to finally meet up face-to-face again.
A special thanks must go out to our many sponsors for the raffle, the food and drinks, the omiyage and technical setup.

Don’t forget that tomorrow we will have our first beer gathering of the year.
We are gathering at Belgian Beer Weekend Toyosu from 18:00 onwards (till 21:00 closing time).
