After-summer beer gathering @ BBW Roppongi

From 12 till 16 September Belgian Beer Weekend 2024 will set up its tents in Roppongi!

The BLCCJ will hold an after-summer beer gathering at BBW Roppongi on Thursday 12 September (opening day), starting from 19:00.

As we have a dedicated and closed area for our beer gathering (see map attached), you will receive a wristband for access – please ask BLCCJ’s Mayo Motoki or Kevin Dethoor upon arrival at the venue.

If you plan to join us, please send “I plan to join” to info@blccj.or.jp so we can have an idea of the number of people to expect.
Our friends of the BLCCJ Starters, the Japan-Belgium Society (JBS) and the Belgium-Luxembourg Market Council (BLMC) will be joining us, expecting at least 40 people!

You will need to purchase a BBW 2024 Starter Set (BBW 2024 glass and tokens).
To minimize the wait time at the ticket counters, we advise that you buy your Starter Set in advance online.
If you already have a glass, you can just purchase tokens.

All BLCCJ members will receive 2 tokens for free – please ask BLCCJ’s Mayo Motoki or Kevin Dethoor at the venue.
