New Year Party 2023

Let’s start 2023 in a festive manner with our annual New Year Party!
As tradition prescribes, we are returning to Le Petit Tonneau Toranomon on Wednesday 18 January, from 18:30 onwards.

A cocktail reception with Luxembourg wine and Belgian beers, a tasty 3-course menu, and the good company of friends and business partners from the Belgian-Luxembourg-Japanese community, all the ingredients for a fun night!

Time: cocktail from 18:30 / dinner from 19:30 / end at 22:00
Venue: Le Petit Tonneau Toranomon
Fee: JPY 10,000 BLCCJ members / JPY 12,000 non-members
(this includes dinner, drinks till 22:00 and service)

Menu*: quiche flamande prepared with leek and beer / boudin blanc** with mushrooms and sauteed apples, served with fries / Liege waffle with red fruits served with coffee/tea
(*Please inform us in advance if you have any food restrictions.)
(** This can be replaced by steak if given in advance notice.)

Seats will be limited to 80, first come first serve.
To register, please send the full name, company name and title of all your attendees to info@blccj.or.jp and we will send a confirmation email.
Deadline for registration is Friday 13 January, or when seats are full.

We kindly ask you to arrange payment by Friday 13 January by bank transfer. We will send the bank details in the confirmation email.
(Any cancelation after 13 January or no-shows will be charged in full.)
