Let’s celebrate the new year in a festive manner with our annual New Year Party!
As tradition prescribes, we are returning to Le Petit Tonneau Toranomon on Tuesday 6 February, from 18:30 onwards.
We will present you the new BLCCJ Board 2024-2025, and will have the pleasure of welcoming guests from both Embassies, as well as musician Philippe Marchand.
A cocktail reception with Luxembourg wine and Belgian beers, a tasty 3-course dinner, atmospheric music, a fun little raffle, and the good company of friends and business partners from the Belgian-Luxembourg-Japanese

Fee: JPY 10,000 BLCCJ members / JPY 12,000 non-members
(this includes dinner and free flow of drinks till 22:00)

- Pâté au Riesling luxembourgeois
- Carbonades flamandes à la bière, garniture frites
- Tarte fines aux pommes – with coffee or tea

To register, please send the full name, company name and company title of all your attendees to info@blccj.or.jp and we will send a confirmation email.
Deadline for registration is Thursday 1 February 17:00, or when seats are full.
We kindly ask you to arrange payment by Thursday 1 February by bank transfer. We will send the bank details in the confirmation email.
Any cancelations after 1 February or no-shows will be charged in full.
