Since we cannot hold any physical events at this time, the BLCCJ hereby invites you to our FIRST WEBINAR:

“The COVID-19 Crisis – Hints from a Legal Perspective”

 

This webinar will address the legal challenges faced by SMEs in Japan during the COVID-19 crisis. Issues such as the possible reduction of labor costs, negotiating with creditors, landlords or opposing parties to a contract will be discussed. This seminar will also briefly touch on what assistance is being offered by the government to SMEs that are facing financial difficulties due to COVID-19. The former half of the seminar will be comprised of a presentation by the speaker and the latter half will be opened up for questions from the audience.

 

As a speaker we have invited Mr. Takuo Misaki, Attorney-at-Law, Law Office of Fujita and Misaki.
